Warranty Information

VitalFlex Hospital Beds Warranty

Beds are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, beginning from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

  • Limited Lifetime Warranty on Frame & Welds
    The bed’s structural frame and welds are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner.
    (Limited lifetime is defined as the expected service life of the product under normal use.)
  • 5-Year Warranty on Electrical & Mechanical Components
    All electrical systems, motors, actuators, control boxes, hand pendants, and mechanical moving components are covered for five (5) years from the date of delivery.
  • Other Components & Accessories
    Bed accessories, side rails, headboards, footboards, and non-structural components are covered for one (1) year, unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Service

During the applicable warranty period, VitalFlex at its discretion will:

  • Replace the defective component with a new or refurbished part provided at no charge.

Warranty Conditions & Exclusions

This warranty applies only when the product:

  • Is used for its intended medical purpose
  • Is installed, operated, cleaned, and maintained in accordance with instructions and guidelines

This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:

  • Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident
  • Improper installation, assembly, or maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Use outside of recommended environmental or weight conditions
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable items

Any service, modification, or repair performed by unauthorized personnel may void this warranty.

Limitations

  • This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid serial number
  • Coverage is void if the serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced
  • Vitalflex Beds’ liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product
  • Replacement parts or repairs have a 90-day warranty and do not extend or renew the original warranty period

To initiate a warranty claim, proof of purchase and product serial number are required. Defective parts may be requested for inspection prior to replacement approval.

Medical Mattress Warranty

Solcare Mattresses

Foam Core Warranty
The foam core of this medical mattress is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or institutional use.

Cover Warranty
The mattress cover is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.

Symphony Mattresses

Foam Core Warranty
The foam core of this medical mattress is covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or institutional use.

Cover Warranty
The mattress cover is covered by a 2-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Improper cleaning, laundering, or use of unauthorized cleaning agents
  • Stains, odors, or cosmetic changes
  • Damage resulting from improper storage or handling
  • Damage caused by fluids due to failure to use a protective mattress cover
  • Use of the mattress outside of its intended purpose

Warranty Terms

  • Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only
  • Defective components may be repaired or replaced
  • Replacement does not extend or restart the original warranty period


Liviano Rollator Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty on Frame

The rollator’s structural frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. (Limited lifetime is defined as the expected service life of the product under normal use and conditions.)

This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the frame.

1-Year Limited Warranty on Brakes & Wheels

Brake assemblies and wheels are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Service

During the applicable warranty period, Liviano at its discretion will:

  • Replace the defective component with a new or refurbished part at no charge

Replacement parts do not extend or renew the original warranty period.

Warranty Conditions & Exclusions

This warranty applies only when the product:

  • Is used for its intended mobility and support purpose
  • Is assembled, operated, cleaned, and maintained according to provided instructions

This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear (including brake wear, wheel tread wear, and cosmetic finishes)
  • Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident
  • Improper assembly, adjustment, or maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Use outside recommended weight limits or environmental conditions

Any service, modification, or repair performed by unauthorized personnel may void this warranty.

Limitations

  • This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
  • Liviano’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product
  • Warranty coverage applies to defects only and does not cover labor, freight, or installation costs

Vital Lite Wheelchairs are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, beginning from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
